10gen is looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to drive lead generation strategy, programs and execution that accelerate adoption of MongoDB within large enterprises. This is a critical senior role that will help 10gen increase total leads, qualified leads, opportunities and wins for the business overall as we experience very high growth overall in a very attractive market.
Responsibilities
Develop our demand generation strategy, with an emphasis on expanding adoption of MongoDB in enterprise accounts
Work closely with sales to forecast qualified lead targets to meet pipeline goals
Coordinate across multiple channels to drive lead generation including sponsored content, email marketing, events, webinars, partnerships, SEM and more
Build industry-based campaigns in collaboration with the product marketing team
Communicate to sales organization on lead generation activities to ensure effective follow through
Assess performance of campaigns, measure our results against plans, and adjust the strategy accordingly
Manage our significant and growing lead generation budget and prioritize spend across different activities
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent from a top school
10 or more years marketing experience, preferably with B2B software company experience (open source experience a huge plus)
Startup or high-growth company experience required
Experience and strong results developing and managing successful lead generation programs
Strong writing and copy editing skills
Salesforce/Marketo systems experience a plus
