manage our consumer analytics and online customer acquisitions strategy. Someone who is
well versed in international desktop and mobile advertising campaigns, analytics, and online
marketing best practices, this team member will be responsible for driving the next phase of
BioLite?s direct-to-consumer commercial growth.

Director of Sales, this role will oversee direct-to-consumer sales P&Ls (on Biolitestove.com
and on Amazon) and will perform consumer data analytics to monitor and direct BioLite?s
global online sales and digital marketing efforts.
The DM&A Senior Manager will have direct financial oversight over his or her online sales
initiatives, and will help BioLite to reach a wider consumer audience. This is an exciting
opportunity to play a vital leadership role within BioLite, and the ideal candidate will be
eager to bring energy and creativity to the position.
? Manage BioLite?s e-commerce team and perform market research to identify the
right markets, channels and partners to drive growth.
? Partner with marketing colleagues to provide web support and recommendations for
their initiatives, such as landing page conversion optimization (A/B testing and offer
? Develop and implement a global SEO (organic and PPC) strategy to meet specific
lead-generation target numbers on budget, owning the day-to-day management of
paid search campaigns including keyword generation, ad copy testing, bid
management, landing page optimization, budget management, etc.
? Experience in growing and engaging online audiences via Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, YouTube and blogs ? helping develop and implement the company?s social
media strategy and oversee all aspects of social content, including writing and
editing of social content, development of social media campaigns, community
management and engagement, and social advertising.
? Understand how to measure the effectiveness of online marketing and sales efforts regularly analyzing and reporting on all online initiatives overseen by the position,
including website(s), organic search rankings, paid search metrics, email campaigns,
social media, etc., Transform data sets into understandable learnings, executable
plans, and customer experiences, while continuously optimizing the overall online
mix and performance.
? Oversee direct-to-consumer sales P&Ls on Biolitestove.com, Amazon and additional
? In partnership with the Director of Sales, develop and execute a strategic framework,
project plan and roadmap for BioLite?s global online sales initiatives.
? Translate business objectives into systems and/or procedural requirements.
? Work closely with the Director of Marketing on BioLite website re-design project,
representing the strategic voice of e-commerce optimization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? 3-5 years of experience in the strategic design, implementation, configuration,
analytics and testing of e-commerce and web-based systems and websites.
? Experience in a consumer-oriented web services development environment.
? Experience in analyzing visitor flow, funnel construction, and conversion
? Broad knowledge of e-commerce and IT systems, as well as comprehensive
knowledge of relevant business functions and their interdependencies.
? Experience in sourcing, working with, and managing external creative resources and
? Strong experience with SEO, SEM, CPC, Affiliate Marketing, Attribution Modeling, and
? Quantitative analysis background, familiarity with various analytics platforms and a
range of shopping carts. Ability to digest variety of data streams and deliver high level dashboards and learnings to broader team.
