This is a fast moving team requiring a stellar right brain / left brain thinker who understands that strategic design and analytics are as important as driving ingenious creative execution. You will be required to deliver hard-hitting results against monthly lead goals that convert to sales. Integrated channel expertise in direct marketing channels including direct mail, SEM, online display advertising, online affiliate marketing, and prospect eMail will be required. You will be working in a test, learn, deploy environment where optimization, iterative learning and reporting is key. You will often work in cross-functional teams that include Brand Advertising, Products, Customer Experience, Sales, Customer Care and Engineering. This role will is highly visible and the right candidate will be an A player, self-starter. An eye to great copy and design, and prior experience managing an agency is necessary. Prior D2C solar experience also a plus.
Capabilities:
?8+ years of direct response marketing experience in a B2C environment
?Overall, integrated management of acquisition and direct marketing channel planning and execution to drive to cyclical reporting in lead and sales volume
?Paid Search / SEM expert
?Must be strong in planning lower funnel online display advertising and affiliate advertising, and managing a digital buying agency
?Direct mail experience or ability to quickly grasp list strategy, creative impact and offer testing
?Analytics and data nut who can track, refine, optimize, report and apply results and implications
?Understanding of both D2C as well as Direct to Partner Channel structures
?Strong leader with ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Responsibilities
?Development and execution of multi-channel strategy to drive qualified leads into the organization
?Foster a test, learn, optimize and deploy environment
?Manage paid Search / SEM, Online Advertising and Direct Mail to weekly departmental goal and monthly company goals
?Direct all performance-based online advertising including SEM, display affiliate, landing page testing and optimization
?Drive direct mail strategy, execution & analytics including list strategy, impactful brand action creative and offer testing
?Test new lead generation/acquisition channels including prospect email, social and more
?Generate brand-centric direct response creative, including an ability to think out of the box around design and copy
?Create and foster integrated customer experience across all communications touchpoints?work with Brand team to ensure a consistent experience for our consumers and customers
?Create, manage and analyze topline dashboards for C-level review; Will require high proficiency in Excel
?Salesforce fluent?can pull, manage and analyze own data
?Excel superstar
?Work with Inside Sales as well as Channel Sales to provide transparency around month over month performance and projections
?Foster a trusting, creative and fun team that includes Sunrun employees as well as Agency partners
