Role Definition

A strategic priority for Parallels is to expand and enhance technical delivery capability and capacity internally and through our partners. We are looking for a customer-centric, innovative and collaborative Senior Manager of Enablement and Development to design, manage and track the full lifecycle of onboarding, training, development and certification for Professional Services employees and System Integrator/Partners. In this role you will operationalize and manage processes and systems to create a world-class learning and development program that accelerates business growth. You will play a key role in our results-driven fast paced Professional Services & Education team with ownership of the key area of onboarding and enablement for internal Professional Services team members. Your role will also be responsible for partnering closely with the Marketing & Alliances Business Development team to onboard, enable and manage an expanding group of global SI's.

Responsibilities

• Refine, deploy, and manage program to drive ongoing training, development, certification and enrichment of our growing worldwide Professional Services team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and design and build appropriate resources/interventions to address needs
• Collaborate with Marketing & Alliances Business Development team to scale the System Integrator program by onboarding targeted global SI partners
• Own technical enablement and management of worldwide SI partners
• Lead monthly business reviews and project debriefs with SI Partners to ensure quality and predictable growth
• Leverage Learning Management System to establish, deliver, drive adoption, and track systematic readiness and learning plans and initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and present at regular executive reviews of your strategy and progress
• Other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years program/project management experience within the technology industry.
• Experience managing or rolling out a global program (preferably learning & development or partner enablement related)
• Deep understanding of technical professional services and/or training services processes gained from prior work
• Strong relationship management skills and experience building strategic partnerships across many different groups.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet timelines with high quality results.
• Strong and direct communication skills are an absolute must. The candidate needs to be able to communicate clear direction across mediums and varied audiences
• Able to work independently in ambiguous, cross-culture and changing environments, and have the ability/willingness to learn and change quickly
• Partner Management experience a PLUS.
