Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

ServiceSource is looking for an experienced, talented, and highly-motivated individual to lead our North American FP&A team based. This role offers significant responsibility and interaction with senior leadership, as well as the opportunity to be part of a truly global Finance team. Reporting into the Director of FP&A based in San Francisco, the ideal candidate will be able to operate independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You?ll also play a key role in the implementation of a new FP&A system as we scale our forecast and planning processes to keep pace with a growing global business.
? Play a vital role in the company's planning and forecasting activities. Manage and develop quantitative forecasting tools and reports to support critical financial planning and forecasting processes for the Client Delivery organization.
? Provide senior executives with clear insights to drivers of revenue, client performance trends, risks, and opportunities to minimize volatility.
? Lead a team of one or more analysts based in Nashville, while also building strong relationships with global Finance team members.
? Help lead the implementation of a new cloud-based FP&A system (Tidemark), as well as driving refinements to the recently-implemented Workday general ledger system. ? Support the team in monthly and quarterly accruals in accordance with GAAP accounting.
? Build analytical models to perform ad-hoc financial analyses.
? Partner broadly across the finance organization to establish best practices and consistency.
? Periodic travel offices in Nashville, Denver and San Francisco is likely.
? 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. MBA or CPA required.
? Extensive knowledge and experience in business modeling and forecasting.
? Ability to summarize results and provide relevant context for senior executives..
? Keen attention to detail; ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast growing organization.
? Team player with good interpersonal skills; experience directing the work of analysts and coordinating efforts of others across the organization to achieve results.
? Demonstrated experience developing effective working relationships with Sales organizations in the high tech industry a plus.
? Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Workday experience a plus.Able to work across time-zones and dual reporting relationships
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
