Primary Responsibilities:Preparation of annual plans and quarterly plans
Preparation of monthly finance deck
Develop and maintain standard monthly reporting
Support Accounting in monthly close and year-end audit
Provide financial development and analysis support for various corporate functions
Provide analytical, modeling and due diligence support for M&A activity
Identify and implement financial process improvements associated with budget, forecast, monthly reporting cycles as well as executive/board communications
Assist with ad hoc projects, as required
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in finance or related field and MBA preferred
7+ years of financial analysis/reporting experience with a proven track record of success
Advanced knowledge of accounting/financial principles and practices required; knowledge of financial statement, balance sheet, statement of operations and cash flows required
Superior strategic thinking and financial analysis skills; well-developed problem solving skills and strong attention to details required
Outstanding analytical and financial modeling skills and advanced computing skills including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Great Plains a plus
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team-player with superior interpersonal skills who can work closely with senior executives
