Senior Manager, ISV Partnerships (Req #100001) Actiance Inc.
As Senior Manager, ISV Partnerships at Actiance you will be responsible for leading our ISV technology alliances. The primary duties of the role include establishing business relationships, overseeing product integrations and supporting in-field marketing and selling efforts. This role requires an individual that is able to think strategically, possesses strong technical skills and has great communication and interpersonal skills. This role reports to the VP, Partnerships and Corporate Development.
Today?s communications landscape is dynamic and increasingly complex. Actiance allows companies to leverage enterprise social software, unified communication, instant messaging, and social networks in a way that meets regulatory, legal and corporate requirements. Actiance?s compliance functionality can also be exposed through our API?s and can be leveraged by 3rd-party solutions. Adoption of Actiance?s compliance capabilities into these 3rd-party solutions is the key objective of this role.
Responsible for the ecosystem ?map? of ISV partner candidates
Ability to articulate how each partner candidate benefits from partnering with Actiance - along with the confidence and conviction to get CEOs to agree with your views
Proactively contact target partners and vet inbound partnership inquiries to establish the relationships and drive the partnerships forward
Oversee technical integration/API work required to deliver integrated solutions to the market
Be the internal expert of these joint-solutions supporting marketing and sales teams in sales pursuits, RFP replies and field activities
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of relevant work experience in Business Development and/or Technology Alliances
Strong knowledge of API integration methods and able to think creatively on highly technical problems
Passion for the ?growth stage? of a company?s life and understanding that your individual contribution to the business matters
Excellent communication skills including speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects to successful outcomes
Strong working knowledge of social media and communications technologies
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with exceptionally high standards and a desire to constantly over-deliver
