Senior Manager, Marketing Programs Centrify
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Senior Manager, Marketing Programs is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing lead generation and go-to-market programs that support sales, marketing, and new product introduction objectives.
This position will work closely with sales and product management, regional sales managers, channel sales managers, partners, and colleagues in the marketing department on campaign development and strategy and will be responsible for project management and pre/post-analysis of programs ranging from webinars, trade shows, partner events, regional field activities, and more. This position reports to the Director of Field and Channel Marketing.
Strategically plan, manage and execute on marketing programs such as webinars, seminars and in-person events to meet quarterly lead, opportunity, and pipeline metrics.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product and service launches.
Work with alliance and channel partners on joint execution of programs.
Ensure programs provide consistent Centrify branding and messaging, and properly educate and inform on Centrify solutions across data center, cloud and mobile.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for marketing program support including timely design and development of HTML emails, import of leads into Salesforce.com/Marketo, routing of leads to sales, creation of graphics, etc.
Interface with various groups to communicate plans and deliver results including sales, product management, business development and executive management.
Follow programs through to completion by monitoring follow up of leads and completing post-program ROI analysis.
Manage programs on time and on budget.
Participate in social media as part of Centrify social media team including presence and posting on LinkedIn and Twitter.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications and/or advertising.
5-8 years B2B marketing experience in the high-tech industry, preferably in marketing software, hosted services or IT infrastructure to large enterprise and mid-market IT, channel experience a plus.
Well-rounded in all aspects of marketing: positioning, demand generation, marketing automation & channel.
Demonstrated willingness to work as a member of a team and interface appropriately and effectively with management, marketing colleagues and vendors to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Must be detail oriented, and possess strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; must excel under pressure and with minimal supervision. Candidate must have a high degree of initiative and work with a keen sense of urgency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (or Eloqua) also required.
Knowledge of and experience working with SEO/SEM and Google Adwords a plus.
