Senior Manager, Marketing Services Ticketfly

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Manager of Marketing Services is a functional management role leading a team of web developers and digital marketing experts to help Ticketfly clients maximize their marketing potential. The Marketing Services team creates marketing tools like high-converting client websites and develops strategies for marketing success. We work closely with top clients to understand and achieve their marketing goals. Our approach is consultative and action-oriented, offering guidance and recommendations based on marketing best practices. Success is measured by our ability to optimize client marketing initiatives to increase ticket sales.
Strong candidates for this position will be experienced leaders with a track record of managing marketing teams to deliver outstanding results. You will have extensive experience working with creatives, developing and implementing B2C digital marketing strategies, and driving operational improvements. You will be technically savvy, obsessed with data, and able to communicate strategy, trends and best practices in a clear and compelling way.
Develop and manage portfolio of strategic marketing services, including website design and development, SEO/SEM, and social and digital marketing. Define add-on marketing services and associated cost structure.
Identify digital marketing best practices for key Ticketfly client segments. Author best practice guides, case studies, and thought leadership pieces for Ticketfly?s knowledge base, client communications and company PR.
Manage experimental client marketing campaigns including goal-setting, creative recommendations, targeting, optimization, and measurement. Work with Product Management to integrate high-performing new marketing channels into the Ticketfly platform.
Conduct comprehensive marketing audits and recommendations for top clients. Perform progress audits (health checks) at quarterly intervals.
Measure traffic and conversion on ticketfly.com and our network of over 400 venue and promoter websites. Identify opportunities for optimization and work with internal teams and clients to implement recommendations.
Coordinate recruitment of third party contract designers and developers. Oversee training and Ticketfly WordPress platform certification.
Measure volume, execution time, and cost of services rendered to clients. Offer insights on ways to improve efficiency and decrease costs.
Support the Sales team with hands-on involvement in the pitch process for top tier prospects.
Support the Client Services team by sharing marketing best practices for integration in client on-boarding and training materials. Create documentation to address commonly asked marketing questions not covered in existing materials.
Bachelor?s degree and 8+ years of marketing experience with substantial, progressive leadership roles.
Proven track record of setting and achieving aggressive goals.
Highly comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically with a bias for action.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding MS Office skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and WordPress
Low-ego / High-confidence
MBA or Master?s degree in a related field
Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS, Photoshop, Salesforce, Tableau, and website CMS platforms
Experience driving results at an internet or technology company
Experience with paid advertising platforms like Facebook ads and Google AdWords.
