We are looking for an experienced Mobile Product Manager to join the Cardlytic?s team. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years? experience in mobile platforms and HTML/iOS/Android. As the primary business manager for Cardlytics? mobile offering, the Senior Manager, Mobile Product Management is responsible for product definition, feature requirements, prioritization, product strategy, and life cycle. Cardlytics believes the future of transaction-based marketing will be primarily driven in the mobile environment. This is a true green-field role in the rapidly expanding field of transaction-based marketing? an opportunity to build a mobile product with entirely new functionality that does not exist in the marketplace today.
Skills and Requirements
Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps. Work directly with CEO to plan product strategy and roadmap.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality and easy to use mobile products that users love.
Develop business requirements and user stories to create product specifications
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among features, user experience and performance
Partner with development team to develop and manage products Partner with development team leader to build mobile development team staff (design, development and testing).
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals
Keep all stakeholders well informed. Report regularly to executive team
Serve as an industry expert for mobile commerce; including communicating relevant industry trends and best practices to clients that ultimately create demand for Cardlytics products and services
Bachelors degree in technical field required.
Excellent knowledge and background in the definition, design and construction of software applications, processes, and release management
Excellent project management, organizational, and customer service skills
Minimum of 7 years related experience. Significant experience in mobile platforms. Experience in HTML5/iOS/ Android
Demonstrated leadership and management skills coupled with strong business acumen
Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make good judgment when faced with trade-offs.
Ability to build relationships with and influence multiple functional areas.
