Title: Senior Manager, Partner Marketing
As the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing, you will drive the conception, development, management, execution, and optimization of various marketing campaigns with our Rewards, TV Network, and Advertising partners (three separate groups with different goals and motivations). Marketing campaigns may include promotions, media, sponsorships, advertising elements, sweepstakes, giveaways and PR.
Assist the SVP Marketing in the development of the marketing plan along with proposals to meet channel and partner goals
Manage day-to-day operations of on-going marketing partnership campaigns
Conceptualize, develop and create marketing campaigns to highlight partners across the Viggle platform
Continuously recommend new ways partner can promote Viggle across partner assets and communications vehicles
Develop relationships with counterparts at Partners, and develop understanding of Partner goals, budgets and communication channels
Ensure all marketing partners are representing Viggle on-brand and on-voice across all partner communications
Collaborate with Product & Design teams to develop solutions that drive new partner marketing campaigns/initiatives
Develop partner marketing reporting and KPIs to test, scale, and optimize ongoing campaigns
Collaborate with Business Development, TV Network and Rewards teams to identify appropriate, mutually beneficial partnerships for Viggle and to develop new partner pitches and presentations
Maintain and report on budgets associated with all partner marketing initiatives
Bachelor?s Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Minimum of five years of broad, multiplatform marketing experience including experience as a partner marketer.
Experience in testing, tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns
Experience partnering, both internally and externally, with business development and sales teams.
Experience in promotional and cross-channel marketing.
Solid budgeting, forecasting and expense control experience.
Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent campaigns.
Experience in managing agencies, vendors and suppliers and upselling when viable.
Agency background a plus.
