Senior Manager - Partner Marketing Centrify
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing is responsible for building and implementing comprehensive go-to-market plans with our strategic ISV partners, such as SaaS ISVs, mobile device manufacturers, system vendors such as Red Hat, and other ISV alliance partners, to achieve awareness, demand generation and revenue goals for Centrify. The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing will be required to collaborate closely with the Centrify business development and product management teams to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives across geographic regions, aligning program plans with revenue objectives and market opportunities. This individual will interact with partners to plan marketing strategies and execute on programs. Specific activities may include but aren?t limited to developing and executing on go-to-market plans, collateral development, driving PR/AR, event planning and strategy, seminars/webinars, sales tools, website content, and training.
Key to this position is an understanding of ISV partner marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing, and working globally as well as with individual geographies. This individual is responsible for all aspects of partner programs including ROI analysis, budget, development, resource management, quality control, launch, communications, and promotion. Success of partner marketing programs will be based upon a combination of metrics such as increased awareness, number of sales leads and opportunities, and most importantly, pipeline and revenue generated by joint programs.
This position is based in Sunnyvale CA and reports to the Director of Field and Channel Marketing.
Strategically plan, manage and execute on marketing programs to meet quarterly lead, opportunity, and pipeline metrics. Work with alliance partners on joint execution of programs.
Understand partner business models to effectively develop the joint partner benefit, end-user value proposition, and the sales and marketing plan for the combined solution/offering, ensuring all the right teams are fully enabled.
Planning, development, and execution of alliance marketing collateral and sales tools.
Interface with various groups to communicate plans and deliver results including sales, product management, business development and executive management.
Follow programs through to completion by monitoring follow up of leads and completing post-program ROI analysis.
Manage programs on time and on budget.
Participate in relevant social media including presence and posting on LinkedIn and Twitter.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications and/or advertising.
6-8 years B2B partner marketing experience in the high-tech industry, preferably in enterprise software, hosted services or mobile to large enterprise and mid-market IT. Infrastructure and/or cloud industry experience a plus.
Well-rounded in all aspects of marketing: positioning, demand generation, & channel.
Demonstrated willingness to work as a member of a team and interface appropriately and effectively with management, marketing colleagues and vendors to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Must be detail oriented, and possess strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; must excel under pressure and with minimal supervision. Candidate must have a high degree of initiative and work with a keen sense of urgency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with ability to build strong working relationships inside and outside the company.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
Some travel required.
