The Senior Manager of Learning & Development plays a critical role in enabling ngmoco to achieve its goal of developing, engaging, and retaining its
Specific responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that align to company strategies and advance the capabilities of our employees
Manage learning and development initiatives that drive employee engagement and build the company's capacity to deliver on business objectives
Provide internal consulting support to senior executives to help drive the effectiveness of their organizations
Provide coaching and feedback to help individuals and groups strengthen a specific knowledge or skill area
Build effective partnerships with external vendor networks to provide targeted learning solutions
Provide excellent project management to ensure all offerings are successfully delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations
Requirements
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication - clearly convey information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message

Minimum educational level:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and L&D experience.
Masters degree in Adult Learning, Education, HR, Business, or Organizational Behavior preferred but not required.
Minimum experience:
7+ years in learning and development experience, preferably some in technology
