Responsibilities include: ?Successful qualification and ramp of NPI?s. This includes cost reduction efforts through the coordinated efforts of a Global Product & Test engineering team.
?Ensuring accurate forecasting, planning and inventory management in coordination with manufacturing on current and future loading strategies.
?Ensure on time availability of manufacturing technologies to support market requirements.
?Defining material and Manufacturing roadmaps and internal versus external site selections.
?Define priorities and drive resource and timelines w/ packaging organization to support businesses.
?Drive critical business initiative to win in market place such as four week lead time.
?Define end of life and change management across product portfolio by market segment.
?Responsible for delivering high quality products to customers
Qualifications:
?BSEE (required) /MBA or equivalent and minimum 12 years of industry related experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering.
?Collaborative team builder with a strong ability to deliver on commitments
?Must have strong knowledge of P&L and drive cost reduction actions
?Possess technical acumen in all areas of product development
?Possess strong communication skills
?Strong knowledge of global markets and external competition
?Proven track record of Operational and Manufacturing Excellence
