Senior Manager, Projects & Implementation-130271 vAuto
DescriptionIn supporting overall Company growth and objectives, working closely with VP of PM, the Director, Integrated Projects will play integral/key role in the project management and implementation of integrated projects and systems across vAuto and other BU?s with specific focus on Performance Management.
To play active role in the preparation of roll out activities leading up to integrated projects/requirements identified.
To proactively prepare and project plan for all pre and post launch activities associated with all integrated projects.
To identify key stakeholders involved in any integrated project and collaborate efforts to achieve goals/deadlines defined.
To prepare and maintain necessary documentation associated with projects and processes identified.
To identify, implement and manage ?system? needs to support all integrated projects, e.g, CRM, application data etc.
Specifically must be able to create, customize, and modify CRM processes and system flows to support business needs.
To plan, coordinate and manage project activities across appropriate BU?s with specific focus to Performance Management & team.
To train and distribute data/processes/operating system knowledge across all relevant team members.
To dissect, manipulate and cross reference critical data/data points to arrive at working data solutions to support business needs.
Qualifications
Must have minimum of Associates degree, or equivalent.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in related role managing projects/multiple projects at a management level.
Must be experienced in using Salesforce.com ? at least 3-5 years? experience including ?back end application?.
Must have strong attention to detail and be detailed oriented.
Must be assertive, results driven and have a high sense of urgency at all times.
Must be analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
Must be highly proficient/expert advanced Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Must be familiar with hosting systems and remote sessions via webinars. Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
