We?re looking for a strategic thinker and analytic dynamo to manage our unique collection of travel content. This Senior Manager, Revenue Optimization will be responsible for yield managing our weekly Escapes collection, determining the optimal schedule and which offers should be targeted to a particular audience. Candidates should have a strong background analyzing problems with a data-driven mindset. Exceptional candidates will be able to act quickly by adding that ?gut? feeling that can only be cultivated through years in the travel space.
? Supervise, motivate and develop a team that will be for analyzing the Escapes platform and executing against conclusions to improve the quality of our offers and develop concepts for Escapes packages
? Identify macro-economic, demographic, and travel trends. Apply findings from trend analysis to maximize deal performance through deal structure and scheduling direction
? Access, analyze and utilize internal and external travel data trends to determine optimal distribution plan for Escapes deals on a weekly basis
? Drive testing & validation efforts around pricing, schedule configuration and concept need
? Track deal pipeline to optimize scheduling for revenue and ensure the proper deal mix is scheduled and launched
? Communicate consistently with the sales force as to the results of Escapes analyses and how we can use them to better serve our audience
? Liaise with stakeholders across the organization to determine priorities both from a deal perspective and necessary technology improvements

? 5+ years experience in fields such as revenue management, merchandising, ad trafficking, market research, feasibility and deep knowledge of the travel space is a must
? Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with a wide variety of executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners
? Proven leadership and team building skills
? Strong quantitative, verbal & written skills with the ability to articulate a message rationally and concisely
? Strong understanding of hospitality industry, specifically hotel operations and revenue management
? Bachelor?s degree required
