Senior Manager, Sales Finance TubeMogul
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Manager (Sr. Manager) is a new role within TubeMogul due to our rapidly growing global sales organization. This person will act as the liaison between sales leadership and the finance team. Responsibilities include:
Work closely across the Finance and Sales organizations to define, analyze and forecast commission programs and their impact on sales, gross margin, etc.
Build detailed financial models to assess compensation data related to all sales compensation programs.
Proactively collaborate with Sales Management to understand the needs of the business.
Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews of the impacts of sales compensation programs.
Create and administer sales compensation dashboards.
Act as a support to the team during quarterly and annual compensation cycles including merit and variable pay increases and compensation committee meetings.
Conduct market analyses to identify competitive practices and trends in specific geographic areas.
Create and analyze compensation programs using Salesforce.com and Netsuite.
Develop and maintain Salesforce.com management reporting which requires ability to analyze and understand business results, develop graphical explanations, and write results commentary for inclusion in executive level packages.
Complete special projects and ad-hoc analyses as requested; often requiring manipulation and effective presentation of large datasets and the application of statistical analysis in an effort understand operational results and sales trends.
Provide cross-functional project leadership and task management for multiple projects, simultaneously.
Develop and maintain customer segment dashboards, in order to track revenues across growing global client segments (brands, agencies, trading desks, publishers, etc.)
7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in technology companies
2+ years working in finance as it relates to sales revenue and commission analysis
Four year university degree in a related field
Experience working within Salesforce.com CRM is required
Experience working with Netsuite a strong plus
Ability to work in a fast paced environment adapting to change quickly and often
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in building complex decision support models in Excel
Analytical, problem-solving, advanced business acumen mindset
