As Senior Manager, SFDC/Sales Systems, this individual is responsible for architecting Yelp?s Salesforce.com implementation, leading a team of SFDC administrators and project-managing all product enhancements and systems integrations for the Business Operations team (such as data management tools and compensation systems). We are looking for a Senior Manager who will set the vision for a Salesforce.com instance that supports 800+ users, align systems development and product priorities with company goals, and deliver projects on time.
This position is full-time and located in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
Architect Salesforce.com to meet the company?s growing needs
Initiate and lead the planning, development and management of systems projects and solutions, working closely with engineering and business function leaders
Identify and implement product improvements and solutions (such as data management tools and compensation systems) that will improve the sales organization?s effectiveness and efficiency
Lead and manage a team of Salesforce.com (SFDC) administrators
Support 800+ (and growing) users on the Salesforce.com platform around the world, including administration, process improvements, reporting, analytics, data management, system integrations, and application support tasks
Build and maintain a territory management system to support Yelp?s large and growing global sales team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
1+ years managing a team of SFDC administrators and developers
3+ years experience as a SFDC developer or administering SFDC for hundreds of users
Superior project management skills
Problem solver who loves figuring out complex problems and constantly thinks about how to make processes more efficient
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment and to collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organization
Working knowledge of technical skills (such as SQL, SOQL and Apex) preferred
Great team player with a focus on internal customers
