Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts Avail-TVN

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Accounts will have the responsibility of managing the logistics and day-to-day operations regarding the designated strategic accounts and insure operational compliance with contract requirements between Avail-TVN and major cable Affiliate.

Major Activities To Ensure Achievement of Key Results and Deliverables

Managing the day to day efforts in support of the content delivered to Affiliate
Managing the external work orders for content that is being sourced and prepared by Post Houses in accordance with the contract between Avail-TVN and Affiliate
Generating and managing the approval of the monthly cost analysis required in accordance with the contract between Avail-TVN and Affiliate
Management of the monthly schedule review meeting at Affiliate. This would include working with internal Programming groups to prepare the necessary documents
Managing and obtaining the schedule and metadata approvals needed to move forward with the content delivery for each month
Managing the internal groups in regards to the content delivery via Avail-TVN to ensure that all content is delivered in a timely fashion and in accordance with the contract between Avail-TVN and Affiliate
Partner with Sales to ensure that all are efforts and communications are well coordinated internally and in relationship with Affiliate
Ensure that the metadata, artwork and required assets are quality controlled to the extent that the overall accuracy and quality is the highest possible level and in accordance with the contract between Avail-TVN and Affiliate
Manage as required, the ongoing content inventory for the providers delivering content to Affiliate and ensure that the required shelf space is maintained

Additional Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining, modifying, and building new menu structures and oversee menu structure as needed in support of ongoing requests from Affiliate
Partner with new Content Providers by overseeing the entire launch process from start to finish
Coordination with internal groups
Oversee weekly conference calls with Content Providers, Content Services, Affiliate Sales, and Affiliates Operations to discuss new projects or any issues that are pending
Work closely with Affiliate Operations, Content Operations, and Development and Encoding to ensure overall success

Your Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor degree preferred
5-8 years of industry related experience
Proven 1-2 years management experience
Detail-oriented
Ability to problem solve and work through solutions
Microsoft Office applications ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
Cable Lab Video On Demand metadata knowledge is a plus
