Reply.com seeks to hire a Senior Marketing Analyst for our San Ramon, CA office located in the Bay Area. The Marketing Analyst will be part of the team responsible for overseeing PPC media, online display advertising, mobile advertising and other performance-based lead generation programs. An analytical background, interest in data analysis and innovative mindset are required. The successful candidate will possess a passion for interactive technologies, strong analytical and teamwork skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position will be held accountable for measurable improvement and growth within our online marketing channels.Responsibilities:
? Analyzes, forecasts, and develops strategies to improve new customer acquisition..
? Exhaustively data mine and report back on conversion rates. Isolate out trends, anomalies, and areas for opportunity.
? Account strategy - evaluate and make recommendations to prepare for changes and/or test new opportunities based on the current market status and competition.
? Reporting - provide updated performance stats on a weekly basis, and upon request, for updates frequently provided intra-department & company wide.
? Data aggregation - source and prepare data analyses from numerous sources including internal database tools, third party systems, APIs and data feeds.
? Landing page analysis & optimization - work with the product team to identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
? New partner/media test - work to measure the effectiveness of new products and media. Evaluate and make recommendations to prepare for changes and/or test new opportunities
Skills Required
? Knowledge of marketing, mathematics, statistics and analytics
? Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision making ? Advanced computer skills are required. This position requires a high proficiency in excel spreadsheet modeling, regression analysis, data mining, and scenario analysis.
? Ability to organize information and have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures. ? Ability to break down information into a concise message for decision makers
Compensation:
? Compensation is competitive and dependent upon many factors including but not limited to experience, education and past success.
? Medical, Dental, Vision are offered date of hire and 401k plan is offered after 90 days of employment as well as the company paid benefits Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
