We?re searching for an experienced marketing communications professional who will be responsible for leading Caradigm?s integrated marketing efforts, defining the strategy and developing the marketing communications mix to build brand awareness, generate leads, and advance the pipeline for Caradigm?s products, including Amalga, eHealth Information Exchange, Vergence, and proVision. In addition, this marketing professional will be responsible for driving the company?s partner marketing strategies. Caradigm?s partner organizations include health IT software vendors, system integrators, and technology providers. The person in this role will work with the partner team to keep partners informed about, and appropriately representing, our business.
? Design and execute field marketing campaigns, across the product portfolio, targeted at nurturing early-stage and advancing mid-stage sales opportunities
? Work closely with senior executives and subject matter experts to develop and communicate competitively differentiated value propositions for the company overall as well as for individual products
? Set and execute on the advertising strategy, including buys, concepts, copy, and images
? Establish and oversee program budgets
? Act as liaison with customers to secure references for press, speaking, and award opportunities
? Drive partner education and awareness of Caradigm solutions through updates to the partner portal and regular meetings and newsletters
? Work with external partners to ensure brand alignment for partner products and initiatives
? Report to the VP of Field Marketing and Communications
? Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing campaigns
? Demonstrated project management skills
? Superior written and oral communication skills
? Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment
? Bachelor?s degree required; master?s degree is a plus
