The Senior Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Marketing and is responsible for researching, defining, designing, and developing new highly technical collateral and marketing products to support corporate objectives and healthcare IT product development and launch. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the identification of business needs, creation of concepts, and product/project management of approved ideas. The Senior Marketing Manager will also assist in public relations and analyst relations activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (in order to be considered for this position, the individual must be able to perform essential functions listed below)
Work with Senior Director of Corporate Marketing to develop technical healthcare IT marketing materials to advance corporate goals and objectives; company branding, positioning, and messaging; and Sales and Marketing goals, including product development and launch, lead generation, media and analyst relations.
Assist in the execution of strategic marketing, communication, and public relations plans, campaigns, and tactics across existing and potential markets to support the growth and expansion of company products and services and brand awareness with relevant and strategic constituencies.
Maintain, update, and continuously improve corporate websites, as well as continuously monitor and update SEO and SEM, internal corporate communications, and active social media programs.
Based on company positioning and messaging, develop original marketing and communications content and materials.
Create sales collateral to support campaign pitches, including client-ready PowerPoint slides, presentations, and visual mockups.
All other duties as assigned.

Regularly provide analytics and audit website.
Maintain a robust social media program.
Monitor the competitive healthcare IT landscape.

8+ year?s relevant professional marketing experience, including at least 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT marketing role.
Experienced business judgment.
Social media program development and maintenance experience.
Specific experience in the execution of new product launches including a proven ability to drive priorities and organization.
Cross-functional experience, including interacting directly with design, product, and engineering teams.
Ability to balance multiple objectives, projects, and goals simultaneously and ?on the fly.?
Must possess strong leadership and teamwork skills but be able to work independently.
Ability to develop and write original content and collateral that is highly technical in nature.
Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization.
Highly detail-oriented and analytic skills absolutely required.
Ability to work under pressure and with a variety of moving parts.
