Senior Marketing Manager OmniGuide
This role will play a key role in both developing and implementing the marketing strategy, marketing plans, and product development roadmap for the advancement of minimally invasive surgical techniques leveraging unique technologies developed at OmniGuide.
Drives market research and trend analysis via voice of the customer and other research tools for assigned product areas.
Establish and manage segmented feature and benefit sets, priorities and value propositions of products based on competitive analysis, customer needs and market segmentation.
Work closely with Product Development on major product releases. Potentially act as Project lead for new Product releases.
Participates in voice of the customer events, trade shows and sales promotions.
Collaborate closely with Sales on developing and implementing Sales support tools and collateral
Other responsibilities include:
Strategic and tactical planning, forecasting, portfolio management, pricing, product launches, competitive analysis, advertising, market research, technical publications, supporting sales training, key opinion leader support, support for surgeon education, support for reimbursement, budgeting, policy setting and other related activities.
Undergraduate degree (BA/ BS) in marketing, engineering, nursing, or business administration.
Master?s in Business Administration is preferred but not required.
Strong experience in both strategic marketing and tactical marketing.
Preferably experience with a medical device firm, gynecological and general surgical marketing is a plus.
8+ years experience in healthcare related marketing field.
6+ years experience in product development as part of assigned marketing responsibilities.
2+ years of staff management
Ability to influence at all levels in an organization; excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
