The Liaison Healthcare Informatics marketing team is responsible for branding, promotion and demand generation for Liaison?s Solutions for Healthcare which focuses on integration and data management services on premise or in the cloud targeting life sciences (pharmaceutical and bio-technology and health information exchange (HIE/RHIO) organizations.
The Senior Marketing Manager / Director will report directly to the Vice President of Healthcare Solutions and is responsible for development and implementation of integrated marketing and communications plans, message platforms, media relations, social media, demand generation campaigns and sales enablement. The manager will interact with executive leadership and other members of the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies and tactics that communicate and differentiate the value of Liaison and its solutions to target audiences. The manager will also oversee Liaison?s healthcare marketing agency of record.
We are seeking energetic self-starters with in-depth experience marketing to the healthcare audience. Our business development goals demand a strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all marketing activities for Liaison?s Healthcare Informatics business including execution with Liaison?s marketing agency of record
Assist in the development of brand/product/service messaging, including value propositions and positioning; help ensure all messaging is consistent and support business development goals
Design, develop and manage marketing collateral and campaigns from start to finish
Coordinate and execute effective public relations, advertising and promotional activities across various media formats (print, online, social)
Plan and execute events, including tradeshows, user conferences, webinars, conferences, etc.
Required Skills
A minimum of 7 years of proven marketing experience in the healthcare space, preferably promoting software and services to the IT constituencies of large healthcare enterprises
Experience leading marketing functions and teams, including media relations and outside agencies ? Experience applying multi-media and applications to the marketing mix
Writing experience on healthcare, information technology and related topics
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
Driven, proactive individual who can work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a demanding, results-oriented work environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Diplomacy, flexibility, and the ability to successfully interact with employees at all levels
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or other liberal arts; MBA preferred
