The Senior Marketing Manager serves as the independent liaison between marketing and other departments and is responsible for creating collateral, web site content, scripts for videos and Articulates/Storylines, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other miscellaneous marketing vehicles.

The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing, sales, customer success, and management teams and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Skills Requirements:
Writes content for use in collateral, campaigns, the website, videos, presentations, etc.
Positions messages for each segment of target market
Creates product content for Web 2.0 site
Liaison between marketing and all corporate departments
Conducts product launch coordination
Sales Material Development
Customer PowerPoint presentations ? content
Launch kit development
Supports Cross Marketing Promotions
Manages product segmentation on Website
Collaborates with customer support
Leads product focus and research activities
Conducts competitive research
Supports product video/demo scripting and development
Knowledge Requirements:
Understands and uses marketing material production processes.
Understands and uses basic graphic design terminology, layout and design standards.
Some web design and graphic design experience a plus.
Understands and uses communication theory, demographic and psychographic data, and the psychology of buying.
Understanding of our business, marketing materials and business jargon, and the market differentiation for our products and related services.
Measurement of the return on investment (ROI); marketing materials, product/service modifications using measurement documentation procedures.
Project management; clearly articulating project scope and objectives, meetings deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, organization and vendor capabilities, and tracking/monitoring procedures.
Able to interpret and disseminate information. Able to prepare basic reports and use of the appropriate mode of communication.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Journalism, and/or Communications--REQUIRED
Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience
Computer literate. Comfortable with technology and the use of standard office programs and networks.
Customer/Client service orientation. Driven to meet or exceed consumer expectations.
