We are seeking a strategic marketing leader who will make a direct and measureable impact on our brand awareness and preference among key audiences. S/he knows his or her way around the business of marketing and advertising, can handle the highly technical aspects of what we do, has a successful track record engaging agencies and marketers and is a strong leader who will take ownership, get buy-in at every level, and say ?no? and ?I need help? when necessary.
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Marketing, the Director of Marketing, Platforms will partner with our sales, creative, product and strategy teams to develop amazing sales materials, strategies and programs that communicate our value and drive interest and adoption of VideoHub?s offering.
Your duties as Senior Marketing Manager will include but not be limited to:
Partnering with the VideoHub Product/Strategy teams and senior management to agree upon addressable market, short- and long-term strategies, product naming/branding, and go-to-market strategy while working within budgets and timelines
Developing and driving our marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and adoption. Executing on marketing initiatives for a start-up company with a strong growth trajectory
Strategically assessing the competitive landscape and prioritizing opportunities
Directing the planning, development, and implementation of advertising and marketing communications -- getting input from stakeholders, providing clear POV, convincing non-marketer colleagues with a lot at stake that your strategy is sound
Working with Communications to develop and execute thought leadership opportunities, leverage social media and industry events to drive awareness and interest among our key audiences
Ensuring all budgets and deadlines are met in the most efficient manner possible
Leveraging centralized resources like Creative Services, Events Marketing, Business Intelligence to achieve marketing objectives
Staying abreast of best practices for making the most of Paid, Earned, and Owned media
Desired Skills & Experience
BA/BS required; MBA a plus
Minimum of 7 years b-to-b marketing experience at an ad tech firm, media agency, and/or video company. SaaS experience a PLUS
Strong experience in/understanding of digital media, broadcast media, analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Highly organized with keen attention to detail and outstanding budget and project management skills
Self-starter, nimble and solution-driven who thrives in entrepreneurial setting and is able to move and adapt quickly
