Senior Marketing Manager Ingenuity Systems

Description

Ingenuity Systems is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to developing strategies and help drive sales through strategic partnerships with channel partners. The Senior Marketing Manager will manage the strategy, tools and assets for global marketing campaigns that align with major product launches and customer solutions to drive awareness, create lead generation activities, and enable our global field teams and commercial channel to market and sell our products. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Responsible for:

Empower and inspire channel partners to build Ingenuity products into their solutions portfolio
Arm channel partners with compelling Ingenuity solution propositions and relevant, accessible sales tools and value propositions that are tailored for the business
Improve awareness of Ingenuity Channel Program to help drive new partner acquisition
Develop multi-level two-way communications processes with premium partners
Ensure partner proficiency through effective training
Leverage Ingenuity sales and marketing assets to optimize channel efficiency and reach.
Enhance and protect Ingenuity brand through positive customer experience through channels

Required:

Minimum of BS in life sciences required. Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) preferred
7+ years relevant experience, with direct experience in life science industry - prefer marketing experience with service providers or service labs such as Covance, Expression Analysis, etc.
Direct experience commercializing/launching products and growing a business.
Proven track record of planning, leading and executing co-marketing programs within the life science industry.
Self-motivated team player with strong ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner with the executive team, co-workers, vendors, clients, and prospective clients.
