Job description
Tea is looking for a senior marketing manager to support revenue growth and customer
acquisition/retention/advocacy goals through seasonal and lifecycle campaigns. You will help
Tea acquire and retain customers by converting more moms, more often, and making them
always delighted with their Tea experience! This position reports to the Head of Marketing.
Job responsibilities
? Manage marketing campaigns
o Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g., creative, merchandising, strategy) and
marketing channel owners to develop and execute powerful, consistent and cohesive
seasonal and customer lifecycle marketing campaigns that are on brand
o Push and optimize multi-channel campaigns across all customer touch
points: catalog, stores, online, email, social, advertising
? Constantly measure, adjust and test to hit customer goals and optimize campaign
performance
o Maintain a laser focus on key business goals: revenue, customer lifetime value, and
customer acquisition, retention and advocacy
o Evaluate and adjust campaign execution based on key business goals and marketing
funnel analytics (awareness, traffic, consideration, conversion, UPT and AUR)
o Conduct well-thought out tests to improve channel performance
? Share learnings
o Develop the team's understanding of how campaigns, channel activities and agency
channels influence customer lifecycle or purchasing behaviorExperience
? 4+ years in marketing roles
? Development and execution of cross-channel seasonal and customer lifecycle marketing
campaigns for a consumer retail company (kids apparel ideal)
? ?xperience in optimizing campaigns through eCommerce, store, catalog, email, social and
advertising channels
? Management of successful customer acquisition, retention and advocacy programs in both
online and offline channels
? Use of weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards and analytics to manage marketing funnel
performance and customer acquisition/retention
? Experience in A/B testing, especially for email and site conversion
