Senior Marketing Operations Specialist
Firm understanding and working knowledge experience with database marketing & marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo or equivalent suite),
Technical ability programming and managing web analytics (Google Analytics), online marketing funnels, database architecture, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, and other systems and tools associated with accessing, analyzing and visually presenting data to a variety of audiences
Experience managing email campaigns using best-in-class ESPs like eDialog, ConstantContact, ExactTarget, etc.
Finely tuned analytic skills and an affinity for gaining insight and making actionable recommendations
Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep up in an agile marketing environment
Ability to communicate complex data and analysis in 'laymen' terms to a non-technical audience
Ability to assimilate technical knowledge with business goals and old fashioned common sense
3-7 years in a Marketing Operations, Analytical Marketing or Demand Generation role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Silverpop, etc)
Experience or strong interest in marketing analytics and reporting
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of advertising or consumer marketing a plus, especially eHealth-related experience/ exposure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, highly organized, and flexible
