Peoplefluent is looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as Senior Marketing Programs Manager. The successful Senior Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for executing demand generation programs and strategies from concept to execution (from writing campaign copy to measuring campaign results). The objective of this role is to create and implement demand generation strategies that will increase the penetration in Peoplefluent?s target markets.
? Drive sales pipeline through building and managing multi-channel campaigns focused on specific products and/or segments
? Track campaign specific metrics focused on driving ROI
? Sets objectives for, designs, and executes outbound messaging and marketing campaigns.
? Maintains a competitive position and contributes to profitability by formulating and executing marketing programs.
? Works closely with product management and development to establish the brand identity, differentiate the brand from competitors, and understand product features, strengths and weaknesses.
? Creates and assists in the creation of advertising and promotion concepts for new product literature and/or specialty items.
? Creates reports and maintains scorecard of research and analysis for sales/marketing positioning.
? Assist in the development of content and offers for campaigns
? Coordinate with operations to ensure data needed for marketing activities and operations are available
? Develops and completes win/loss program.
? Support product marketing presentations & collateral development initiatives
? Serve as the primary contact to the field for product related questions, materials and information.
? Build solution focused demo scenarios that support the strategic product positioning, including: field training, multi media deliverables and marketing collateral?s when necessary
? 7+ years of program marketing experience
? Experience in database marketing and multi-channel demand generation
? Multi-Channel Marketing ? Understand the intricacies of creating and implementing integrated multi-channel marketing programs
? Metrics-Focus ? Key understanding of the KPIs that lead to demand generation success and the ability to consistently measure against those KPIs
? Content Marketing ? ability to navigate the entire lifecycle of content marketing, especially SEO
? Marketing Applications ? Knowledge of Marketo marketing automation, web analytics and advertising analytics.
? CRM Applications ? Knowledge of Salesforce.com is required
? Social & Mobile Platforms ? Proficiency with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn tools
? Data & Analytics ? ability to manage and measure website analytics and digital marketing analytics
? Excellent knowledge of marketing to target audiences.
? Excellent creative, organizational, time management and project management skills.
? Effective communication skills.
? Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent leadership skills.
? Bachelor?s degree in business or communications; MBA preferred
