Job DescriptionThe marketing team at Infusionsoft is one of the largest and most dynamic digital marketing teams in the Arizona, with a growing team of 50 people. The Senior Project Manager plays a key planning and execution role, coordinating our biggest integrated campaigns that help us acquire new customers, serve our existing customers and grow our partner channel. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will enable marketing leaders to envision and execute exciting marketing programs that get great results and get done on time.
Responsibilities Include:
Work with your clients - marketing team leaders - to plan key marketing campaigns and projects
Scope project tasks and marketing deliverables with our design and development team to determine delivery schedules
Review creative briefs for each project to ensure they clearly communicate goals and requirements so our design and development team can efficiently create high-quality deliverables
Create and manage overall schedules for marketing projects, coordinating dependencies and resources to keep schedules on track
Negotiate with marketing leaders to prioritize projects based on expected business results
Work proactively with marketing leaders to clarify program goals, requirements for each deliverable and schedule expectations
Increase the efficiency of our marketing campaigns by helping to organize, automate and communicate campaign results
Establish a system of quality control for campaign assets that get developed
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years experience in a project or traffic management role in a larger marketing agency or marketing department
Strong understanding of branding, direct marketing and digital marketing production
Superior project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office applications and experience using a variety of project management methods and systems
Ability to coordinate/manage projects, meetings and people independently with minimal management direction
Ability to identify problems and work quickly with team members to create solutions or communicate changes with a positive approach
Must be a communicator, collaborator, consensus builder and team member
Ideal Qualifications:
3-5+ years project management experience within a high-volume setting
PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute
Proven track record of success within larger marketing departments and agencies
Experience with digital asset management software
Travel
