Layered Technologies is looking for a talented Senior Microsoft CRM Systems Administrator to be a key member of the company?s U.S. federal business development team.
Job Description / Responsibilities
As a member of Layered Technologies Government Solutions? CRM cloud support team, you will help develop, apply and support large-scale, advanced Microsoft CRM environments.
Provide CRM application administration technical leadership and support for large Microsoft CRM hosted deployments.
Provide administration and support for Windows Operating systems.
Help implement, manage and support Microsoft Hyper-V and System Center based Cloud Infrastructure.
Provide documentation required for formal change control and configuration management processes.
Experience: At least two years of senior Microsoft CRM technical support in a large scale environment is required. In addition, five years of server-based Microsoft work experience is preferred.
Skills/Abilities: Self-starting, highly motivated individual with strong problem solving skills, time management skills and attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to work closely with customers and cooperatively with a cross-functional team. Good understanding of IP networks and Internet computing principles.
Required: working knowledge of Microsoft CRM, Windows Server 2008, and Active Directory.
Preferred: working knowledge of Microsoft System Center, Sharepoint and SQL Server.
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen and able to pass a federal government background investigation.
Education / Experience
B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
