Job Description:
Lead cross-functional team to meet the launch schedules of multiple projects and products
Core Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and track project deliverables across the project and functional organization including sales, go-to-market, SW/HW engineering, quality, procurement, documentation, internal factories, and ODMs.
Work with ODM supplier and sub-suppliers to review component readiness matrices to ensure material readiness for production.
Develop product readiness workflow, tools, and procedures.
Coordinate, review, and approve manufacturing processes for new products
Develop and maintain tooling requirements, negotiate prices and terms, track progress to T0 and Tf for multiple tools and tool phases
Develop and maintain requirements list for MP assembly and test fixtures and programs, etc. Negotiate prices and terms for the equipment.
Lead PV and MP launch events on site at Asian and North American ODM(s) and internal factories
Ensure new products meet cost and quality targets at launch
Lead post-ramp (MP) speed bump projects, homologation and capacity expansion projects
Requirements:
A business and or technical degree
Minimum of 10+ years of project management in high volume CE products
A thorough understanding of both technical and business issues involved in bringing high volume CE products to market
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a proven history of working with partners successfully
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Self-starter with strong customer management skills
Willingness to travel extensively, both domestic and international
Additional Skills Preferred
Experience with ARENA or other product data management systems
Experience with NetSuite or other MRP and planning systems
Proficient in spoken Mandarin
Lean Manufacturing experience up to Black Belt
Six Sigma Quality experience up to Black Belt
