Responsibilities:
Coordinate all GA Helpdesk requests submitted, direct requests to appropriate department, GA facilitate team or vendors
Timely response to the requesting individual on task status, or re-route the tasks to correct department
Will provide internal requesting procedures to the requesting individuals/departments
Per GA manager?s request, issue notice announcements to the affecting departments / individuals
Provide travel arrangements to transferees, visitors, top managements, or any employee with approved travel itinerary, including shuttle services, ticketing, hotel booking, car rental and company apartments
Assist in company apartment lease signing, and provide all necessary accommodations such as internet access and telephone services to situate transferees and achieve a comfortable living environment
Will provide back up support when GA Helpdesk and Office Assistants are on the leave or when being asked to
Responsible in coordinating 3rd party janitorial companies, ensuring quality service performance and satisfaction.
Responsible in coordinating janitorial supply and related tasks, ensuring quality and satisfaction
Coordinating back up for absent receptionists
Consolidate monthly Costco orders from all locations, compile and summarize and send to appropriate GA team member
Per GA manager?s request, perform all GA related duties and tasks
Will provide back up support when GA Helpdesk and Office Assistants are on the leave or when being asked to
And perform other job functions related to job role
Qualifications:
AA degree required, College degree preferred
2+ Office experience, assistant or administrative related is a plus
Abilities Required:
Organized and detail-oriented
Bi-Lingual a plus (English and Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Team player, being able to perform even under pressure
