Senior OLFM & Finance Business Analyst SunRun

The Sunrun IT Applications team has an immediate need for a Senior Oracle R12 OLFM and Finance Business Analyst.? The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for working with internal business partners from Finance to implement new solutions, continuously improve business processes, and provide support for critical business functions, particularly in the area of OLFM.
It is a requirement of this position that the candidate has led the implementation of OLFM in at least one past engagement and is an expert or highly knowledgeable in that module. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of the core Financial modules, particularly AR, GL, AP, and FA, and how they interact with OLFM. Past experience with multi-company entities that are in the leasing business is particularly desirable.
As the Sunrun work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, this candidate should be highly self-motivated, and be able to take on small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision. The ability to work independently and maintain relationships with business users as the OLFM SME will be critical in this role.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day functional support to the business.
Provide hands on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post implementation support.
Effectively manage scope and user expectations on individual projects.
Configure Oracle EBS based on business requirements, leveraging industry best practices.
Prepare training documentation and conduct training sessions for business users.
Work with technical teams to implement solutions to functional gaps.
Build and manage test cases; manage/run Conference Room Pilots/User Acceptance Tests

Must possess an excellent understanding of financial business processes, and possess an ability to solve complex business problems.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, reporting and presentation skills
Self-starter, ?can-do? attitude a must in a fast-moving business environment
Be able to, with guidance, self-manage workload prioritization while addressing multiple in-flight work items.
Demonstrate an ability to drive recommendations to implementation
A functional understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) as well as both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
Job Requirements:
Subject Matter Expert or highly knowledgeable with the OLFM R12 module.
At least one implementation as the OLFM lead.
Strong understanding of the core Financial modules, particularly as to how they interact with OLFM.
Work experience at a multi-company entity with a leasing business model highly desirable.
5+ years of related Oracle EBS experience.
Oracle EBS R12 experience is a must.
A high level understanding of the key underlying Oracle DB tables is a plus.
Strong customer interaction, organizational, and time-management skills required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
