Senior Platform QA Engineer Qualys

The Senior Platform QA Engineer in the Platform Services Group owns and maintains the QA Plan and Framework for API and services consumed by internal products and external customers. This is a great ground floor opportunity in the newly formed Platform Services group within a highly successful profitable startup catering to Security needs of 3000+ customers.
Qualifications:
-Development experience in building Test Framework for automating the testing of SOA from functionality, Stress and Performance standpoint.
-Minimum 3 years experience testing API based products involving Cache, Messaging System and a Database
-Solid exposure to testing SOAP/REST based Services with automated test execution scripts
-Testing focusing towards achieving 75%+ code coverage using tools such as Corbetura
-Exposure to tools such as FindBugs for analyzing code and reporting bugs for which writing test cases would be difficult
-Deep understanding of Java and code dexterity
-Exposure to Performance, Scalability and Load Testing
-Managing SQA Environments
-Good Exposure to database. Experience in writing and understanding DB queries
Responsibilities:
-Certifying the Builds going to Production
-Build & Maintain Test Framework for Automated Web Service Testing
-Create and Manage Test Plans and Suites
-Analyze Code and use tools like FindBugs to identify potential issues in the code.
-Maintain Code Coverage of 75%+ with Test Suite
-Work closely with Service Developers to guide them with proper testing.
-Publish QA Test pass/fail summary to Management.
-Maintain QA Environment.
