Reporting directly to the SVP of Product Management, the Senior Product Manager, Advertising Products will own all of Technorati Media?s advertising products, which will entail:
Building new products and evolving existing products to drive increased consumer engagement metrics
Creating and launching products that drive increased close rates and revenue to Technorati Media
Defining and analyzing the metrics that will measure the success of advertising products
Building a continuously evolving goals-based roadmap and delivering against it.
Working with engineering, both local and outsourced, to design and develop products.
Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to identify needs and opportunities, conceptualize solutions, and launch products.
Leading, managing, mentoring and growing a team of Product/Project Managers
Skills and qualifications desired:
5+ years product management experience
Prior measurable success launching digital advertising products and solutions
Experience in one or more of mobile advertising, video advertising, social marketing, influence marketing, content marketing or programmatic advertising a major asset
An understanding of the needs of large advertising clients ? both brands and agencies
An understanding of the needs of premium and mid-tier publishers
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence both directly and cross-functionally
Strong analytical abilities and comfort with metrics and data
Comfortable working independently in a small company environment with small teams.
Willingness to challenge the status quo, and the confidence to back yourself with rational discourse.
BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field preferred
