Job Purpose:
As the CEO of your product, you will have end-to-end ownership across all cross-functional areas associated with your product towards which you?ll apply learnings from your successful product management history or alternate experience.
As a key contributing member of Neverfail?s growing business, you'll help us succeed by leveraging your subject matter expertise in one of the following business continuity areas: high availability, continuous availability, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, data replication and Cloud services.
As an individual with a leadership aptitude, you must be motivated and ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as well as provide direction and motivation to cross functional teams you will engage with. You must be prepared to take charge and leverage strong communication skills and good business acumen for constructing and driving the product line vision
Primary Duties:
Drive market definition, product requirements and associated priorities resulting in Product Requirements Document(s)
Influence and collaborate with R&D organization to establish both near-term release priorities as well as longer term product roadmaps
Collaborate with OEM partners and champion their requirements into the overall product roadmap
Assess and fine-tune product management and overall product delivery processes towards maximizing product impact in terms of time-to-market, scope, costs and competition
Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to develop and drive GTM plans for new business ventures as well as for existing set of products
Assist cross-functional outbound teams including Product Marketing, Support, SE and other field personnel with training content
Gather insights around market research, competitive analysis and partnering opportunities towards identifying new growth areas for Neverfail
Be the ?product champion? as well as the ?voice of the customer? across both internal stakeholder meetings as well as external interactions with analysts and the press.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years in technical Product Management or Technical Marketing roles or customer-facing highly technical SE/Support/IT/Professional Service roles with deep knowledge of and hands -on experience with Datacenter infrastructure products and technologies
Exposure to either Infrastructure/Management, Virtualization/Cloud or Business Continuity (Availability, Backup or Disaster Recovery) technologies within the Datacenter ? Strong understanding of the business continuity software market with deep technical expertise with data

protection (backup) technologies highly preferred
Proven ability to drive successful projects with cross-functional teams across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Support , Finance and Business Development
The ability to comprehend technical market trends and communicate related strategies to internal stakeholders as well as related Neverfail positioning to customers and partners.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oratory skills with the ability to communicate key points in a very precise and concise manner at all levels of a customers' organization (from IT admin to the CIO)
Ability to manage product portfolio and business objectives without direct supervision. Must be a team player with strong leadership skills
Working knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing and Agile development frameworks preferred
This position has the potential to be up to 30% travel (including international trips to R&D locations)
