Lattice Engines is a dynamic, fast-growing company and we are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join our Boston office. This is a key role in a rapidly expanding product development team. You will have the opportunity to take a leadership role in the growth of our product line. We are looking for a product manager who can work collaboratively with clients, internal stakeholders, and a smart engineering team, to drive next generation products and features for our big data analytics platform.The ideal Product Manager for our Big Data Analytics platform should have a background in modeling algorithms, statistics, and data integration combined with an eye for usability in order to deliver easy to use predictive analytics to business users.
Responsibilities:
Successfully define and launch excellent products
Translate company vision and strategy into detailed requirements with all the relevant flows, user scenarios, and systems interactions
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to validate features and design.
Prioritize across features and within a feature to deliver the most value given constrained resources
Develop features in a way that is broadly applicable to the customer base and consistent with existing paradigms
Be the evangelist for your products
Travel to customer sites on a regular basis to stay close to customer perspectives and needs
Requirements:
4 year degree required
5+ years of experience in enterprise software product management
Experience with sales and marketing automation solutions and data-intensive applications , analytics, or business intelligence is a plus
Ability to plan and think strategically and deliver tactically with a strong attention to detail
Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution
Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate proactively with others in a cross-functional team
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but able to solicit and incorporate feedback from others
