Caradigm invites you to an exciting career opportunity improving healthcare around the world as Senior Product Manager in our Identity and Access Management business line. In this role, you?ll be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our market leading point of care computing solutions. Caradigm?s point of care computing solutions bridge work flow fragmentation in health care enterprises through solutions in single sign-on (SSO) and context management (CM). Our solutions are mission critical enablers to bring the power of computing right to the point of care?to the computing devices doctors and nurses are using while they?re treating patients.
You?ll be responsible for building the growth strategy for our SSO/CM product line and executing on that strategy--identifying the capabilities, packaging, pricing, and channel and then bringing them to market?to deliver more value to our customers and more profitability for our business.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong skills both strategically and tactically. The position requires simultaneously driving results in an existing business and driving growth with new products and into new markets.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? 7-10 years product management in enterprise software
? Proven ability to drive profitability
? Proven ability to drive product strategy
? Healthcare domain experience
? Experience with identity and access management and/or mobile technologies are highly desired
? Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally and in the market is a must
? BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, MBA is preferred
? Ability to travel nationally and internationally is required for this position
