Senior Product Manager Interactions
Due to our rapid and continuous growth we are seeking a Senior Product Management professional to join our team. In this newly created role you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.Responsibilities:
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects.
Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Define and generate appropriate content in support of marketing and sales
Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
Conference speaking opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
Technology/software heritage.
Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred.
Experience in Contact Center application ecosystem a big plus.
Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred.
This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America
