The senior product manager is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in a changing team environment
Direct/oversee major product rollouts, customer and vendor involvement and contracts in the assigned product category.
Evaluate market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company's industry. Evaluate competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
Evaluate viability of identified partnering opportunities for complementary third-party products to broaden company's product line.
Participate in key sales situations for the product.
Oversee sales, trend, and profitability analyses. Provide financial and technical justification for product selection and definition.
Interface with industry thought leaders and strategic partners.
Oversee product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and production coordination for products in the assigned product category.
Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, IT and Marketing, and Operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
Provide Marketing and Sales direction/strategy for successfully bringing product to market.
Collaborate with Sales personnel to assess target opportunities and prioritize the pursuit.
Work with Marketing and Sales Management to ensure that the product is correctly communicated to the market.
Drive qualitative and quantitative research with existing customers and potential prospects. Evaluate marketing analysis to develop product definitions.
Coordinate technical product development, estimates of potential profits, and release to production.
Oversee preparation of product /card production/development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.

Requires business analytical skills and a history of product management accomplishments and initiative.
Must have the ability to write clear market-driven product requirements.
Proven ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently required.
Experience in the development of customer segmentation and distribution strategies required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
Leadership ability and the ability to work individually and in team environments required.
Demonstrated presentation skills to all levels.
Experience developing relationships with national retailers, suppliers and co-marketing partners preferred.
Product/account management background and/or sales background desired.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
Five to seven years related product/account management or related industry experience, including two to three years experience leading others or equivalent combination of education and experience.
