Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Product Management at Vormetric working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product Marketing
Define product requirements and manage Vormetric?s products through their entire lifecycle
Work with Product Marketing and Sales to develop positioning and messaging for our portfolio
Conduct and manage market research and competitive analyses
Work with Sales, Engineering, and AR to help prioritize market needs and product roadmap
Understand broader market trends to identify customer needs, key product enhancements, and new products
Evangelize in the market by attending and speaking at high-visibility events and forums
Desired Skills & Experience
7+ years experience in enterprise software building product and developing solutions for customer problems
Demonstrated success, experience, and domain expertise in security software
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; highly effective presentation skills
Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems
Ability to work across organizational lines, command respect, and influence without authority
Demonstrated storyteller, linking business issues to how a vendor helps address those
Able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
Experience in cloud services and enterprise software a plus
BA/BS required. MBA is a plus
