JOB POSITION: Senior Product Manager, Finance Applications

JOB LOCATION: Remote

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Product Manager is responsible for product requirements for selected applications, industries and geographies. This includes input into strategies and roadmaps, documenting requirements, driving these requirements through the development process, supporting field enablement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the existing product portfolio from the perspective of:
• • Definition & descriptions of the supported functionality
• Supporting sales & go to market initiatives of the existing GA product offering e.g.
• • Sales & demonstration material
  • Content for lead generation
  • Presentations/content for user group meetings

• Input to product strategy & road maps for the selected applications, industries, geographies
• Input to business cases to support the product strategy & roadmaps
• Initiating all functional development based on agreed business cases and agreed business requirements
• Working closely with development to ensure the correct functionality is created from the prioritized business cases and requirements
• Collaborating with all other departments to communicate the product roadmaps, product content and launch, create company readiness and all functional developments to the rest of the organization

  • Customers & User Groupings needs
  • Focused Industry needs
  • Geographic regulatory needs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· 5 years of experience in product management, product development or other software related positions

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science and / or equivalent experience.

Required Skills:

· Ability to perform under time pressure

· Proven interpersonal and presentation skills

· Proven written and verbal communication skills in English

· Proven project management skills

· Proven organizational skills

· Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment

· Strong interview and problem resolution skills

· Ability to travel up to 25%

preferred skills & KNOWLEDGE:

· 5 years experience in ERP software space

· Accounting or Finance experience

· Ability to develop strong relationships with cross functional departments
