Products and Marketing / Location: United StatesTo help us extend our lead in the Identity Management market, Courion is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product line planning, and definition, and work with the development, marketing and sales teams to assure the timely delivery and business success of the resulting products. This individual will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, flexible environment with responsibilities across the full range of activities required to deliver industry-leading enterprise software to market as a SaaS-offering, from requirements definition to direct interaction with the leading Enterprise Provisioning and Access Compliance customers.
Responsibilities:
Translate business and market strategy into product requirements, roadmaps and go to market plans.
Work with cross functional teams to establish and track the product development and go to market plans.
Lead the cross-functional launch teams for the successful release of new products.
Work with the sales and service teams to support the successful sales and deployment of the products.
Report on metrics that track success of product line against expected sales plans.
Work with other organizations and partners to identify new technologies might be acquired or partner products we might integrate into the overall product strategy.
Effectively communicate product strategy, plans and roadmap to all levels across the company.
Requirements:
5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales Technical Support or other relevant technical support roles, with at least 3 years as a Product Manager managing software product lines.
Track record of defining, building and managing revenue generating products.
Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology and product partnerships to broaden a product line.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Interfaces effectively with, and inspires trust at all levels of the organization.
Experience in the Physical Security, Security Information Management, Network Management or related enterprise application areas.
BS/BA in technology or business. MBA a plus.
