With each product upgrade we launch, we address the growing needs of the online and new media world.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our new product offering in the Social HCM space. The Senior Product Manager will have the opportunity to work with Director of Product Management to define, refine and evolve the product direction of Socialtext's online collaboration platform and help guide the development process as we move idea to product features. You will help improve existing features as well as develop new ideas as we expand our offerings.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in Human Capital Management and Social Networking space
Advanced understanding of the HCM Technology space
Experience in social networking products and features
A clear understanding and interest in social enterprise applications
Experience working as a product manager in an agile development environment
Enjoys working in a small or midsize enterprise collaborating with colleagues cross functionally
Responsibilities:
Create and manage multiple projects related to product and respective launch
Develop requirements, documents and use cases for new product features
Monitor the status of product development projects on a daily basis
Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new features
Be the go-to person for the product, especially the features you manage
