SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - LOYALTY & CROSS SELL NetSpend
DESCRIPTION
The Senior Product Manager ? Loyalty & Cross Sell will lead the lifecycle management of NetSpend?s rewards, retention, and cross-sell feature set. This is a new role that requires a versatile product marketing veteran who can smoothly move from broad strategic vision to highly tactical execution at a moment?s notice. The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrated success at building customer-facing rewards, retention, and loyalty features for a financial services or consumer internet company. Direct experience working with CRM and lifecycle marketing systems is a requirement.
This role will be focused on the development of online and mobile customer-facing features ? it is a product management position rather than a marketing campaign/program development role. The job requires experience authoring product requirements (preferably in an Agile environment) and working closely with engineering teams to translate those requirements into successfully launched products. While you don?t need to be a former developer, technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineering are essential.
The Senior Product Manager ? Loyalty and Cross Sell reports to the Vice President of Product Management.
