Position Summary:
Centrify?s Mac solution is recognized as the leading solution enabling Windows centric Enterprise IT to support the adoption of Mac systems while also providing Mac users with easy access to Enterprise resources. Centrify is widely deployed on Mac systems across both large enterprise as well as the federal government with placement on the most strategic user?s Mac within many of these organizations. Centrify has also recently introduced support for mobile platforms such as Apple iOS and Android which has been well received in the market.
Endpoint platform security and application integration is a significant area of interest for Centrify that is helping to fuel future growth, and we are seeking an exceptionally capable product manager to drive our endpoint platform security strategy and execution. The endpoint product team is driving the enterprise adoption of a new model for platform security and configuration management tightly integrated into a new cloud-based service providing end users on any platform with seamless access to enterprise resources from any location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the leadership and technical chops to drive a growing business while rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. You will shape the direction of a significant product line in a stable and rapidly growing pre-IPO company. On a daily basis, you will leverage your business management, strategy, and technical expertise to deliver the best solutions for our SaaS and Cloud Apps customers.
We are looking for an individual who has a balanced blend of technical and business acumen. This will require excellent analytic skills, and acute focus on defining end-to-end customer scenarios and driving execution to assure that we deliver solutions with the right combination of features, quality, and time to market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute roadmap; feature prioritization; and product, partner, and GTM strategies for the Mac and Mobile endpoint security solutions.
Synthesize complex technical and market issues, develop insight into and solutions for those challenges and gain acceptance and commitment from others.
Calculate and analyze market opportunity, segmentation, forecast, ROI and product performance to drive prioritization and business decision-making.
Define use cases, roles, rights and administration workflows for our Endpoint security products in order to drive product features and ease of use / user experience.
Work closely and effectively with the field to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Work with support and development to address customer issues.
Present and evangelize Centrify solutions to prospects, customer, and partners.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years professional experience in product management
Strong knowledge in the management of Mac devices and well as mobile device management
Solid technical background and good understanding of current identity and access management technologies including Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP and PKI as well as platform management technologies and products such as Group Policy, profile management and System Center.
Passionate about system software, security, identity and access management
Action oriented and results driven with a keen focus on 1) driving plan of record and 2) producing visible signs of progress
Experience driving the complete product lifecycle from inception to GTM within a cross-functional team.
Strong interpersonal, project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional partners, industry partners, customers, and the field. Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
4-year degree in computer science or closely related discipline, or equivalent experience
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with endpoint management technologies, customer deployments, issues and current limitations of existing approaches.
