Senior Product Manager, Practice Success Epocrates, Inc.

This senior product manager is the product and customer champion for all non-clinical functions related to the Epocrates EHR strategy. This individual has a primary focus on the Epocrates' strategy and execution related to practice management systems, but also takes accountability for other areas including security and privacy, administrative, and setup functions. As the lead for this domain, this person applies market, customer, partner, and product expertise to develop the business strategy and a robust product roadmap. This product manager ensures successful execution by working closely with product development owning high-level requirements and user stories and providing tactical guidance. Actively engaged with business development and as the main point person for practice management partnerships, this person works collaboratively with all other EHR product managers and confidently leads teams that cross company, geographical, and functional boundaries to achieve a market leading solution.

- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and balance conflicting and ambiguous priorities

- Minimum 5 â€" 10 years prior experience in product management
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- (Preferred) Experience with HIT and EHRs including Practice Management systems
- (Preferred) Experience with SaaS-based systems
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Agile software development
