Senior Product Manager BillShrink

Truaxis is a well-funded (Bessemer Venture Partners and Trinity Ventures) start-up based in Redwood City. We are growing fast, generating a ton of buzz, and looking for a talented PM to join our team.We are now looking to hire a product manager who will be responsible for conceiving, launching and growing innovative applications that tens of millions of consumers will experience. You will be working closely with the awesome Truaxis team on the industry-leading StatementRewards platform, which is quickly disrupting the traditional daily deals/offers space. By partnering with the nation?s leading financial institutions, we are reaching consumers to deliver truly personalized deals and compelling services across multiple channels (online/mobile/email) at scale.
Key responsibilities:
Building the most innovative and best performing product in the market
Working with external stakeholders (financial institutions, merchants, and end-customers) to define the product strategy
Working directly with the engineering team to execute on the product vision
Leveraging big-data analytics to optimize product performance
Managing internal and external cross-functional resources
Serving as a company/product representative with customers, at conferences, in the press, etc
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
Demonstrated ability to create compelling consumer experiences for the online and/or mobile channels. Ideally you will have 3+ years of prior experience as a PM with successful consumer-facing Web applications
Comfortable working directly with server-side and UI engineers to efficiently develop, test, and launch new products
Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and making data-driven decisions to enhance products/features
Balance between execution ability (get things done) and creative ability (coming up with the right solution)
Passion for building and shipping great products
Strong skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and defining products that address all the relevant use-cases
Team player with excellent communication skills both oral and written
Combination of technical competence, business skills and a consumer marketing mindset
Bachelors degree, technical background preferred
